Rock County residents may have a say in their future health. County Health Department Community Education Coordinator Kelly Klingensmith says the Health Equity Alliance of Rock County is currently conducting a survey. Klingensmith says past surveys have been used to address a number of health needs. She urges anyone who received one of the 2000 mailed surveys to complete it by March 1st. The Health Equity Alliance of Rock County is leading the effort. The last such survey was conducted in 2014.
