The interchange at I-39/90 and Avalon Road might smell a little sour for a few days. Janesville firefighters report a milk tanker truck overturned and spilled thousands of pounds of milk early Sunday morning. Fire Captain John McManus says crews were called out about 6:15 in the morning, after the tanker tipped getting onto Avalon road from the Interstate northbound. McManus says the milk poured out onto the ramp area and the roadside near the exit.
