Beloit police are investigating an early morning shooting. Officers responded to a report of a shooting a little before 3:00 o’clock Saturday morning in the area of 8th Street and Euclid Avenue. Firefighters say two people ended up at the hospital. One arrived by private vehicle, and the other was transported by EMS. No word on their condition as of early Saturday morning. Janesville police say they were asked to assist with both personnel and a K9 unit.
