Rock County Sheriff’s deputies join with Janesville Police officers in tracking an armed robbery suspect. Police say the Stop N Go on Center Avenue was knocked over about 1:30 Thursday morning. The clerk described the suspect as female, black, 5-3 to 5-6, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, purple socks, thin black sweatpants, grey slippers, and carrying a gun. Sheriff’s deputies brought in a K9 to follower her tracks west. The woman apparently got away with some cash, and Newport 100 cigarettes.
