Janesville police make a quick arrest in a stolen car case. The car’s owner found the vehicle, which had been left unlocked with the keys inside, missing about midnight Monday from the Riverside Bowling alley downtown. An officer spotted the thieves gassing up about two-hours later at a station near the five-points intersection. Police say a 24-year-old Janesville man was arrested on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle without Owners Consent, and Operating while Intoxicated. A 27-year-old Janesville man was arrested on charges related to being a passenger in a stolen vehicle, and threatening a law enforcement officer.
