A 30-year-old Janesville man is sentenced to five-years behind bars in the case of a Milton woman, who was abused at gun point along with her four young children. Rock County Judge Michael Haakenson called the events last March “unbelievably traumatic”. Cesar Flores-Hernandez was the father of the woman’s two youngest children, and expressed anger and hurt he was being shut out of their lives during events leading up to the incident.
