Wisconsin’s tax code may soon be revamped. State representative Mark Spreitzer of Beloit says he’d been assigned to one of four subcommittees of the Assembly Ways and Means committee to help conduct a top-to-bottom review of the tax code.  To make Wisconsin thrive, the Democrat suggests taxes should be cut to the middle class, working families, and seniors. Spreitzer has been appointed to the sales and use taxes subcommittee.
