A good description of the vehicle, license, and driver helps Janesville police make an arrest in a weekend hit-and-run case. Police say the motorist who’s vehicle was struck a little before 11:00 o’clock Saturday night at the intersection of Memorial and Randall was instrumental in leading them to a suspect. The description helped find 30-year-old Eliseo A. Ramirez a short time later on East Court Street. Ramirez was arrested on charges including Hit-and-Run, Operating While Intoxicated 4th Offense, and Operating after Revocation.
