Janesville police are keeping details of a weekend homicide close to the vest. A news conference is planned for 11:00 o’clock Monday morning. Police do say the investigation began late Saturday afternoon when police were called to a home in the 400-block of South River Street. The body of a 43-year-old woman had been found inside. Police searched the home and say they found evidence leading them to make two arrests. A 21-year-old man and a 23-year-old woman have been taken into custody. Police also went door to door Sunday to let residents in the neighborhood know what was going on.
