A 35-year-old Janesville woman, and 41-year-old Beaver Dam man are facing charges after a weekend traffic stop on Janesville’s west side. Police say they stopped Stephanie N.Mitchell about 9:00 o’clock Saturday night at the intersection of Center and Riverside after seeing her car cross the centerline and violate a traffic light. Officers say they arrested Mitchell on a charge of Operating While Intoxicated 4th Offense, and also arrested her passenger Charles L. Stewart on a charge of Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Deliver.
