A car crash leads to a 4th Offense Operating While Intoxicated charge for a 29-year-old Janesville man. Police say they found Jeremiah K. Smith standing outside his overturned car about 12:15 a.m. Thursday near East Centerway Street and Williams Street. The car was actually in a yard off Williams Street after police say it hit a power pole and went airborne before rolling over. The westbound lane of Centerway was closed for about four hours while Alliant Energy restored power. Smith was also cited for Operating after Revocation.
