Janesville police are investigating an early morning single vehicle traffic crash which sent two people to the hospital. Officers say about 3:30 Tuesday morning a vehicle hit an embankment in the 15-hundred block of Rockport Road. Police say both the driver, 24-year-old Samual M. Aragon of Janesville, and his female passenger were hurt. Aragon was arrested on a charge of Operating While Intoxicated 3rd Offense, and Reckless Driving Causing Injury.
