A 26-year-old Evansville man doesn’t take long to wrack up a fifth arrest for Operating While Intoxicated. Rock County Sheriff’s Deputies say they observed Quinn Bergum almost hit several vehicles Tuesday night about 5:30 p.m. as they followed him into Evansville on Highway 14. Bergum pulled into the McDonalds, where a deputy says intoxicants could be smelled on his breath. This traffic stop came just four hours after on-line court records indicate Bergum was scheduled to be in Rock County Court for a plea agreement on a previous intoxicated-driving charge.
