A 44-year-old Janesville man is facing a 4th Offense Operating While Intoxicate Charge.  The Rock County Sheriff’s Office says Alan E. Sathre was arrested about 11:30 Thursday night in the 1500 block of Center Avenue.  The deputy says he could smell the odor of intoxicants coming from the driver.  Sathre was also cited for Operating while Revoked and operating without Motor Vehicle Insurance.
