A 32-year-old Beloit woman, and her passenger, escape serious injury in a single vehicle roll-over accident which ended when the fire hydrant she hit, broke off, and ended up inside the car. Beloit police say the crash happened about 1:30 Tuesday morning in the 900 block of Burton Street. The driver was cited for Operating While Intoxicated First Offense.
