Rock County Court officials share their concerns about the craziness of a Friday night on the Milton Avenue Circuit in Janesville. Judge John Wood pointed out his concerns Tuesday morning during the sentencing of an 18-year-old from Delavan, convicted of firing an AR 15 rifle after a confrontation between vehicles filled with cruising teen-agers.  He said it was a shame people had to be afraid to drive on Milton Avenue on a Friday night.  Prosecuting attorney Anne Nack called Jamie L. Blair’s behavior incredibly stupid and dangerous. Citing his youth, and a lack of any criminal history, Wood sentenced Blair to two-years probation, with a stern warning any legal violation would bring him back to court to face possible incarceration.
