Marc Perry with Community Action of Rock and Walworth Counties says panic buying can hurt the most needy. Perry says shortages of items impact those with meager means the most because when they may have the money, necessities may be scarce. He also says with supply and demand prompting an increase in some prices, those on limited incomes are faced with even greater hardships. He says the governor has reassured us the grocery stores will stay open, so if we remain calm, everyone can get through this.
