A detached garage on Janesville’s near east side is believed to be a total loss following a fire Saturday afternoon.
Battalion Chief Ryan Murphy says the garage with two cars inside was engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived at 460 Glen Street just after 1:00 p.m.
Murphy says no one was injured, and a cause was not immediately determined.
The fire remains under investigation.
