Highway 14 is closed in both directions just west of Kemp Road in the town of Bradford.
According to the Rock County 911 dispatch center, the road was closed just after 3:00 Tuesday afternoon due to a vehicle fire.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation expected first responders to be on scene for about an hour.
