AUDIO: Illinois rest stop murder suspect held on $210,000 bail

A Rockford, Illinois man police say killed two people before leading them on a cocaine-fueled high speed chase faces extradition to Illinois.

36-yea-old Terence Doddy is suspected of killing 37-year-old Todd Hansmeier at a Rockford call center and 44-year-old Tonya Bargman at a rest area. He was caught July 4th in Beloit after leading authorities from both states on a high-speed chase which ended in a crash.

In Rock County Court Monday, Assistant District Attorney Perry Folts asked that bail be set at $110,000 cash at the request of the State of Illinois.  Court Commissioner Larry Barton felt that amount was too low and set bail at $210,000 cash.

Doddy will be back in court to face extradition to Illinois on July 25th.
