The first snowstorm of the season has Janesville police urging caution.  Sergeant Brian Donohoue says the number of accidents may increase this weekend as people remember how to drive in snowy conditions.  Donohoue says the most important technique to remember is slow down.  He also advises giving your vehicle plenty of room, keeping windshields clear, and driving with your lights on.  He also asks snowplows get a chance to do their job.  He says automobile owners don't have to wait until a snow emergency is declared to clear the streets.
