A 24-year-old Janesville man, accused of taking photos in the women's bathroom at the Palmer Park wading pool, fails at having pictures on his cell phone ruled inadmissible in court. Rock County Judge Michael Haakenson ruled Tuesday police had the right to search Joshua L. Miller's cell phone last year in June. Officers say Miller admitted using drugs, and their concerns led them to examine the phone to find out what kind. They say that's when they found the photos. Miller is charged with two counts of capturing an image of nudity without consent. He'll be back in court Wednesday November 4th.
