A 50-year-old Janesville man is arrested for drunken driving for the 4th time following a single-vehicle accident.
The Rock County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were dispatched to a traffic accident on South Cemetery Road, south of East US Highway 14 in Emerald Grove around 10:00 Sunday night.
Investigation determined that a vehicle driven by 50-year-old Kevin Hoblit failed to negotiate a curve, left the roadway, went into the ditch and struck an embankment, some brush, and a fence.
Hoblit denied being injured and refused treatment at the hospital.
Hoblit was transported to the Rock County Jail on suspicion of operating while intoxicated, 4th offense.
