A small fire causes minor damage at Delavan Darien High School.
School officials say the girls basketball team was at the school around 6:00 Saturday morning preparing to leave for a scrimmage game.
The Fire Department was called in after members of the team smelled smoke.
A small fire was located in a towel cart in the school's maintenance garage.
The building had to be ventilated due to the smell of smoke.
Normal operations a the school are expected to resume Monday.
