A developer is looking to build a new 4,400 square foot retail center off Milton Avenue near Menards in Janesville.
City of Janesville Associate Planner Brian Schweigl says the building on the same property as Panda Express would house two to three tenants, including a restaurant.
The Janesville Plan Commission will hold a public hearing before discussing approval of the project at 6:30 Tuesday night.
