Wisconsin's unemployment numbers for September show a decrease from August in all counties according to the latest Department of Workforce report. Rock County's rate dipped .2% to 4.2%. In Janesville unemployment is down to 4.4%, and Beloit has dipped to an even 5%. Statewide unemployment is currently at 3.6%.
