A Beloit man is arrested on suspicion of eighth offense operating while intoxicated.
The Rock County Sheriff's Office says deputies responded to a vehicle runoff on County Road F near US Highway 14 in Janesville Township just before 8:00 Thursday morning.
Deputies found a vehicle backed into the ditch with two occupants inside, and open cans of beer.
After failing several field sobriety tests, the driver, 55-year-old Roscoe Jones was taken into custody for his 8th OWI charge.
