Not a whole lot comes out of a teleconference between the attorney representing the Beloit Police and Fire Commission, and those representing the City, the Police Chief, and the deputy Chief.
Attorney Scott Herrick, who represents the PFC says scheduling the 40 hours of testimony that's expected continues to be a problem.
Chief Norm Jacobs and Deputy Chief Tom Dunkin have been on paid leave since June. Last month the City manager filed dozens of charges with the PFC seeking termination ranging from failure to qualify with a firearm to attempting to hire an unqualified candidate with a felony record.
The Police and Fire Commission will reconvene on November 11th at 5:00 at Beloit City Hall. There main order of business will be picking out the rest of the dates and times for the hearing.
The actual testimony part of the hearing is scheduled to start November 21st.
