A Janesville man is charged in federal court with viewing child pornography.
The U.S. Attorney's Office says 30-year-old Casey J. Wulff was indicted by a grand jury Thursday on one count of knowingly accessing visual depictions of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
The indictment says the Wulff viewed child pornography in February of this year, and at least one of the depictions involved a minor who was less than 12 years old.
If convicted Wulff faces up to 10 years in federal prison.
