A 22-year-old Beloit man accused of opening fire into a crowd of people outside a local tavern is arraigned in Rock County Court.
Judge Michael Haakinson says Andy Davis is charged with three counts of first degree reckless injury.
Davis stood mute to the charges Wednesday and a not guilty pleas was entered on his behalf.
The shooting on August 16th outside the Turtle Tap Tavern after it closed early due to an altercation inside. Three people were transported to the hospital with gunshot wounds.
Davis is due back in court on January 8th of next year.
