A Janesville man's attempt at winter driving may have led to his 4th arrest on drunken driving charges.
The Rock County Sheriff's Office says a deputy observed a vehicle driven by 26-year-old Jacob Nadler lose control and spin out early Sunday morning at the intersection of Sylvester and Washington Streets.
The deputy who stopped Nader's vehicle said he smelled like alcohol and failed several field sobriety tests.
Nader was taken into custody for 4th offense operating while intoxicated, and for obstructing. The Sheriff's Office says Nader lied to an officer about his identity.
