The Janesville City Council will have at least one new face after next springs election. Incumbent Mark Bobzien says he won't be running for a second term. The retired firefighter calls service on the council worthwhile, but he's retired and doesn't need the anxiety. Incumbents Jim Farrell and Rich Gruber have already announced their campaigns. They'll be joined by newcomers Jens Jorgesen and Spencer Zimmerman. The 19-year-old Jorgensen is a 2015 Craig High School graduate studying public administration at U-W Rock County and works at Best Buy. the 36-year-old Zimmeramn holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Edgewood College and is a driver for Presidential Limousine Service. Both men took out nomination papers this week.
