Janesville Police arrest a man they say was passed out at the wheel of his vehicle with a child in the back seat.
Officers were dispatched to Wodman's gas station just before 5:30 p.m. Sunday after a witness reported a man slumped over the steering wheel of a vehcile.
Janesville Police say they found 34-year-old Christopher Buol of Janesville unconscious at the wheel, and a seven-year-old child sleeping in the back seat.
Officers woke Buol up, at which point he became uncooperative and began resisting. Police say he injured an officer during the struggle to place him under arrest.
Buol is charged with operating under the influence of an intoxicant with a passenger less than 16 years old, child neglect, resisting an officer causing injury, and possession of narcotics.
