Beloit police are worried about the welfare of a missing 23-year-old man. Officers say Garrick Paul Kautz Junior has some medical issues. He's been missing since Sunday morning after being seen leaving his home in the 1900 block of Walton Lane on foot. He was wearing a green jacket, blue jeans, black shoes, and a tan hat.
