The number of expulsions in the Janesville School District are growing. The latest two expulsions involve students with weapons. A high schooler is accused of being in possession of a knife, and a middle schooler threatened other students with an air soft gun. Both could return to class if they meet certain conditions, including a complete mental health screening. These expulsions bring this year's total to six, compared to four by the same day last school year.
