Two Beloit men are bound over for trial on charges of party to the crime of first degree intentional homicide.
At their preliminary hearing Tuesday in Rock County Court, Beloit Police Detective David Hoffman testified that a several confidential informants told police that 21-year-old Laquann Kendall, 32-year-old Angelo Young, and another man killed Edward Damont Haley in April of last year.
Haley was found lying in the roadway in the 2100 block of Newark Road on April 25th, 2014. He was pronounced dead at the hospital after suffering 18 gunshot wounds.
Kendall and Young stood mute to the charges and not guilty pleas were entered on their behalf.
