AUDIO: Salvation Army braces for shortfall

The bells may be ringing, but this year's donations to the Janesville Salvation Army are falling short.  Major Bob Fay says donations are running about $45 thousand behind last year at this time.  He admits being both a surprised and concerned, and if the shortfall persists, it'll affect services year-round.  Potential reasons for the shortfall include mild weather and fewer people use checking accounts in this electronic age.
