A 26-year-old Janesville man has been arrested on drug charges following a two-month investigation by the Janesville Police Street Crimes Unit. Leondraie A. Johnson was arrested Monday on charges of second degree recklessly endangering safety, seven counts of manufacture and delivery of heroin and maintaining a drug trafficking vehicle. Police say the charges are, in part, in connection with at least one, nonfatal heroin overdose. Johnson is being held at the Rock County Jail.
