The Parkview School Board plans to sell its former elementary school in Footville to an Orfordville developer. Superintendent Steve Lutzke says the board has approved a $100,000 offer to purchase from Jeb McMahon of McMahon Properties, The school, most recently known as Parkview Primary, on Janesville Street closed at the end of last school year. McMahon plans to either renovate the building into 18-to-20 apartments, or convert the building into an assisted living facility. He hopes work can begin in the spring.
