An 18-year-old Beloit shooting suspect is in custody after turning himself in. Beloit police say Devyn Allyn Brewer showed up with a relative at the Rock County Jail about 10:30 Monday night. Brewer was wanted in connection with shooting incident involving two vehicles, Saturday morning December 26th, at the intersection of Portland Avenue and Oak Street. No one was ever reported injured. Brewer was arrested on a charge of Recklessly Endangering Safety
