A 46-year-old Janesville man is facing an 8th Offense Operating While Intoxicated charge. Janesville police say they stopped a vehicle driven by Carl L. Mcadory a little before 2:30 a.m. Tuesday morning near the intersection of Linn Street and Rockport Road. Officers say Mcadory tried to take off on foot. He was captured a short time later and taken to the Rock County Jail.
