Talks with the city of Milton may not have worked out, but developer Bill Watson isn't giving up on the idea of a possible interchange and industrial park at I-39-90 and County Highway M in the town of Fulton. Watson tells Gazette reporter Jake Magee he's purchased 84-acres of land in a prime spot for development. Talks between Watson and Milton, a government entity which could sponsor the interchange, fizzled last year following public reaction to what was viewed by some as potentially less desirable uses for the land.
