A group of protesters plans to picket a Janesville pet store this Saturday.
The group is hoping to raise awareness about the deaths of two dogs who were purchased at the Furry Babies store at the Janesville Mall.
The two puppies dies of parovirus, a life threatening contagious viral disease.
Furry Babies says the company vaccinates it's puppies for parovirus, has offered to pay costs for any customers who had a sick puppy, and has offered refunds for the cost of the puppies.
Protest organizer Robin Bente of Jefferson says the group is protesting the store's treatment of puppies and the sources the store uses to get them.
