A Janesville man accused of robbing the downtown BMO Harris Bank with a double barreled shot gun makes an appearance in Rock County Court.
40-year-old Seth Gardener waived his right to a preliminary hearing Monday before Court Commissioner Stephen Meyer.
Gardner was taken into custody while running down Main Street with the gun in his hand just minutes after the robbery in early December.
He's charged with armed robbery and possession of a firearm by a felon.
Gardner is due back in court for his arraignment next Tuesday.
