A 26-year-old Janesville man is in custody after a woman was robbed in the Hedberg Public Library's underground parking lot. The 48-year-old woman reported the incident shortly after 11:00 o'clock Tuesday morning. She told police a man grabbed her purse and dragger her until the strap on the purse broke. Thanks to a detailed description from the victim, police were able to track the suspect's footprints in the snow. Police say they arrested Eduardo Perez a short time later at a home in the 500 block of South Parker Drive.
