A Janesville man accused of robbing the BMO Harris Bank in downtown Janesville at gunpoint makes an appearance in Rock County Court.

At 40-year-old Seth Gardenr’s arraignment Tuesday his attorney Joshua Klaff entered a plea of not guilty.

Gardner is charged with armed robbery and possession of a firearm by a felon.

Gardner was taken into custody while running down Main Street with the gun in his hand just minutes after the robbery in early December.

He’s due back in court on February 10th.
