Counterfeit suspect faces another 14 charges

A Beloit man charged with uttering a forgery for passing fake $100 bills at area grocery stores, gas, stations, and restaurants makes an appearance in Rock County Court.
Since Tuesday, 35-year-old Jeremy Moore had 14 counts of forgery added to the original one he was charged with.
Court Commissioner Stephen Meyer continued Moore’s $2,500 personal recognizance bond at his adjourned initial appearance Thursday.
Moore is accused of using counterfeit $100 bills more than a dozen times over the last few weeks.
He’s due back in court for his preliminary hearing on February 10th.
