A 28-year-old Beloit man will likely remain in the Rock County Jail as he faces charges in the January 8th shooting death of Cassini Hill. Bond is set at $100 thousand for Marcus Clay on a charge of First-Degree Intentional Homicide. The victim was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the middle of Colley Road in the Town of Turtle. Authorities says Clay turned himself in four days later. His preliminary hearing is set for Tuesday February 2nd.
