The Rock County Sheriff’s Office reports making a second arrest in a Town of Turtle murder case. Deputies say 26-year-old Jamal Sharief was arrested in Milwaukee. Investigators say he left the Beloit area in an attempt to avoid questioning in the Cassini Hill homicide investigation. Hill was found in the 1200 block of Colley Road early January 8th suffering from several gunshot wounds. He later died at the hospital. Another suspect, Marcus Clay is currently being held on a $100,000 cash bond.
