Bathroom photographer urged to get counseling

A Rock County judge wants a 24-year-old Janesville man to get counseling after being caught taking pictures of women and girls in a bathroom near the Palmer Park wading pool. Judge Michale Haakenseon Wednesday morning sentenced Joshua Miller to a four-months in jail, and four-years probation.  A pre-sentence investigation indicated Miller was immature with poor impulse control, but a good candidate for treatment and counseling.  Miller pleaded guilty to two counts of Capturing an Image of Nudity.
